Cinco de Mayo 2018 was my first visit & I returned 3 times weekly for several weeks, until the quality of the food & bar drinks became very inconsistent, then my visit was monthly & this year, I went once in Jan, was very disappointed, thought I'd try again & take a guest for their first try & again, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food & especially the service. Perhaps staff or management has changed, but, boy do I miss my favorite spot from 2018!! To start, I asked to sit to the right of the entrance, the hostess said, "Can I take you to a table for 2 on the other side?" I didn't want to be difficult, but, I wanted to sit to the right of the entrance to have a quieter spot to chat with my guest, else I wouldn't have ASKED to sit there. I also normally get better service in that area. Instead, I was taken to a section where it was me & a party of 10 & I saw the server 3 times, once to take my order, once to deliver the food, once to leave the check. HORRID service!!!! Not like she was busy, yet, MIA the entire time. The tuna melt was partially cooked, the bread was soggy from the butter, the brussel sprouts, my favorite, had CLUMPS of blue cheese vs crumbles, if you weren't careful, you'd get a mouthful of blue cheese. I am so incredibly disappointed because truly, I loved going to this restaurant, thus, 3 or more times weekly last year.
